Voice Response is a convenient way to obtain information regarding your credit union accounts. You may call Voice Response at (713) 778-6300 from any touch-tone telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How does this work:
Follow the simple voice prompt instructions
Current Users:
- Enter your user ID (account number, do not include first two letters of last name) and current PIN code
- Key in a 10 digit phone number (May register up to three phones)
- Set up new security questions and answers
- Create a Personalized Message
- Create PIN code (will need to be different from your first time use PIN, 6 -10 numeric value)
New Users:
- Enter your user ID (account number) and PIN code (SSN)
- Key in a 10 digit phone number (May register up to three phones)
- Set up new security questions and answers
